| The staff at Brainerd Eye Care Center is here to
serve all of your primary eye care needs. We not only
provide comprehensive eye examinations, glasses and contact
lenses, but also diagnose and treat eye diseases. Our
doctors are board certified in the treatment and management of
ocular disease and are authorized to prescribe topical
and oral medications for the treatment of eye disease. We provide
both pre and post-surgical care for patients referred for
cataract, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and refractive
surgery. Our staff is trained to offer and educate you
regarding the latest in refractive treatment options including
laser eye surgery, contact lenses, and fashion eyewear.
Our doctors hold clinical privileges at St. Joseph's Medical
Center, Mille Lacs Hospital, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center and
provide on site optometric services to area nursing facility
residents. Whatever your primary eye care needs, we are
here to serve you. |

Dr.
K.L. Beebe
Dr. Beebe received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor
of Optometry degrees from Indiana University.
Graduating in 1976, he is a fellow of the American Academy
of Optometry, and the National Academies of Practice.
He served as President of the Minnesota Optometric
Association in 1990 and has served on the board of
directors of the North Central States Optometric Council
and the Center for Disease Control Diabetic Eye Disease
task force. He was the governor appointee to the
Rural Health Advisory Committee and the Region 3
Coordinating Board. He is the current chair of the
American Optometric Association Clinical Care Center and a
member of the InfantSEE™
Project
Team. Dr. Beebe has served on the St. Joseph's
Medical Center Board of Directors. He is a recipient
of the Helen Keller Award and was the 1985 Minnesota
Optometrist of the Year and the 1995 National Optometrist
of the Year. He is past president of the Brainerd
Lion's Club and is active in the Park United Methodist
Church. He and his wife, Mary, have two sons, Adam
and Nathaniel. |

Dr.
S.T. Monda
Dr. Monda received his Bachelor of Science degree from
the University of North Dakota in 1986, and his Doctor of
Optometry degree from Pacific University in 1990,
graduating with distinction. Dr. Monda was the
recipient for the American Optometric Foundation's Irvin
M. Borish award and the Wesley-Jessen Clinical Excellence
award in contact lenses. Dr. Monda and his wife,
Erin, have two sons, Tyler and Michael. They are
members of Trinity Lutheran Church. He enjoys
fishing, skiing, sailing, and horseback riding. |

Dr. Stephanie
Parrish
Dr. Parrish received her Bachelor of Science degree from
the University of North Dakota in 2002 and her Doctor of
Optometry degree from Pacific University in May 2006
where she served as president of her class. Dr. Parrish
has a wide variety of experience in specialty contact
lens fitting and pediatric vision. Training three months
in China expanded her knowledge of ocular disease and
gave her a global appreciation for eye care. Dr. Parrish
and her husband live in Baxter where he teaches 6th
grade. She enjoys exercising, fishing, reading, and
being involved with her church. |

Office Hours
Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday. In addition, we are open until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday
and Saturday from 8:00 to noon.
